Although it is expensive, it is very nice place to stay and great atmosphere. There is a free pool but you need to book in advance via their website.
The biggest issue is that the mobile network is almost not available there and very hard to make a call, while the data service is totally not available. Thus, you will be enforced to use the internet service provided by Tencreek which is very very expensive.
Also, I haven’t seen any public transportation during my 3 days stay, so it is not suitable for someone who doesn’t have a private car or bike.
Nearby activities: There is not much around this area, you may do some sea trips

Great campsite I stayed in a motorhome on a grass pitch with EHU. The site is family friendly with nice modern facilities . It has Clean toilets and showers that were not busy. There is a public bus that runs several times a day just 5 mins from Looe and runs to Polperro. Child friendly with a pool and park to keep them busy , beach within a 20/30 minutes walk from the campsite which is set in a beautiful cove with a cafe. Tencreek is a Really lovely place I would recommend.
Nearby activities: Beach nearby, bus to town
Walkability: Able to walk

My advice is READ THE REVIEWS before you book. I paid £74 per night per pitch for two touring pitches at the beginning of August here. That came to £2000 for fortnights stay for my extended family. A late decision because of a forced holiday cancellation. We were allocated large pitches for that price which, by any standard at 70 sq mtrs, were not large! The drinking water tap was adjacent to my pitch and as you’ll see from the photo I had to write ‘No toilet’ on it as people were putting untreated sewage down the drain rather than at the Elsan point, when I complained to staff they poured disinfectant down the drain! The staff allowed open fires on pitches, there was no control of late night noise, and as well as chalets there were a large number of permanently sited Hobby caravans used as holiday lets which were (see photo) filthy. From the early morning noise from the toilet block I believe that itinerant workers were housed in the Hobby’s. There were bouncers on the clubhouse door, would that encourage you to take your family in there, No it would not. The only positive comment I can make is that the shower blocks were clean although the water pressure was disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I didn't even get there and already wouldn't recommend. I won a weekend stay there (apparently) I did note that further down the page it said or £100 off a larger holiday, but as far as I was aware it was a weekend away.
Came to claim my prize and it wasn't a weekend away as stated at all. It was £100 off that's it.
I got offered weekends in November/jan/Feb where the weekends were less than £100 to find the bars and restaurants wouldn't be open. Why advertise as a weekend away when it's not. They should have just said £100 off any holiday. I found the people emailing very obnoxious too. Definitely not what they advertised.

I got pitch number 226 with electricity. It's a spot where people constantly walk through my area because it's a shortcut to the toilets and showers. This happens all day and night, but it's the owner's fault due to poor planning. They should have avoided renting out this part of the field and instead built a proper pathway and steps. But why do that when they can make money by renting out the plot that I paying out? The positives of the campsite include clean toilets and showers, large family-sized showers, and toilet paper and hand soap that are constantly replenished. There’s a sea view from the campsite, and the on-site shop is reasonably priced. I will definitely return, but I won’t agree to pitch number 226.

We had a great time at Tencreek. Great location by the seaside and easy to get to places. My daughter really enjoyed the swimming there. Staff at entertainment and bar area were very friendly and welcoming. We would have given 5 stars if we had felt welcomed at the shop.

Beautiful views and In a good location couple of minutes drive from Looe. The site has a pool that needs booking, entertainment and restaurants. Only gluten free option is sausage and chips, so would be great to see more options on the menu for people with allergies!
The camp site itself is good, the 3 stars is due to the noise from the people behind us with their speaker blasting till gone 1am and no members of staff on site to go around and stop that, they kept me and my 5 year old up most of the night with how loud they where being and i genuinely think a member of staff should have gone and told them to be quiet as they ruined the experience for us and due to this we wouldn't rush back which is a shame. Would have been nice to be put in a quieter spot away from loud people.

I have been a member at the Tencreek Pool for nearly 9 years, clean, pleasant, great Manger Ross and staff Ellie and Ingie. Always welcoming and cheerful. Clean changing rooms, hot water always available. Like the regular pressure washed walking area around the pool. Can get busy, like the 1 hour booking system. Great atmosphere. All different communities make it fun.

Stayed for the ska and mod weekend in April. We stayed in a caravan which was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. Having our own parking space next to our caravan was good. The park itself was very clean, checking in was easy. All staff were very friendly and the bar staff were great. We did walk down into Looe which took about half an hour, felt a bit dodgy as no footpaths. We decided on a taxi back which cost £8. We had a fab weekend and are looking forward to doing it again next year 😁

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady at check in who informed us on everything we needed to know and explained where our caravan was.
The caravan was very clean and tidy and better than we expected, the caravans are small but you get what you pay for and also the caravan sizes are stated on the website when booking.
The restaurant and club on site is a fairly decent size and the staff were friendly although prices are a bit steep.
The shop is great and has pretty much everything you may need and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and the opening times are great.
The hairdryer we paid for was brand new in the box and a great addition.
We also paid for an essential pack which included a sponge, washing up liquid etc which was useful and only cheap, we also had the towel package which included a hand towel and bath towel and a bath sheet. A useful addition to the package would have been a bath mat.
The downfall for the park which is no fault of the staff is the guests, unfortunately the guests who were around us were not very considerate of there neighbours we had neighbours who thought it was a good idea to throw rubbish out of the bedroom window which then attracted several Seagulls and birds, we had other neighbours who thought it was acceptable to let there children kick footballs around at the front of the caravans in the road and around the cars and another neighbour who stood outside early every morning and had very loud and long telephone conversations this may seem petty but they would be stood right next to our bedroom window and woke us every morning.
Another gripe would be that other guests would walk between the caravans to get to their own instead of using the walkways which is frustrating.
