Fantastic cottages in a lovely location. Stayed in Eyrie which is a cosy cottage for two with a lovely open fire. Also took our two dogs and it was great to have great facilities for the dogs as well as for us. Chris and Terri were so helpful.

What an absolute find! We just wanted somewhere with easy access to the surrounding area but also somewhere to relax. We weren't disappointed. We stayed in the Culver, very compact and comfortable. The grounds are a working farm, their attention to what people need was fantastic. An indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are spotlessly clean, no smells of chlorine which was a bonus, with lovely views. A games room with pool, table tennis etc is great for families but my husband and I enjoyed a game of pool there. There's also a lovely outside play area and a football space with goalposts. There's what I called a small mountain but my husband said was a steep hill with magnificent views at the top. There's a very old tree with a swing too. There is bench half way up to rest which was great for me! Dogs are made welcome with a designated area for them to be walked freely Outside, there are designated tables with bbqs for each cottage, so thoughtful If, I was being picky I would say the bathroom could do with updating and the tiles in the shower area of the pool but seriously that's a very small thing. There are a few cats. I think 3 or 4 here who we made friends with, Ben was very happy coming in through the open window and curling up on my lap which I loved. The people who work there are absolutely lovely and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it!! We are planning to come back again for quiet breaks for us but also to bring the grandchildren who will love it

The most beautiful setting for a break. We stayed in a cottage for 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Hosts are welcoming and friendly, landscape is stunning, accommodation faultless and spotless, and so dog friendly. We will go back and take all the family.

This was our first stay here and we were not disappointed. Clean, well equipped & comfortable accommodation. On-site facilities excellent and all set in beautiful well maintained gardens. We loved it so much we booked to come back.
