Loved staying in our caravan. All immaculately clean. Stunning view from the big window.
Quiet place.
Walking distance to Talland bay and Polperro altought very steep way back!
There is small shop on the site which all the essentials.
On the low side the swimming pool and changing area really need TLC and updating. Swimming session only 45 mins.
We were in October and the caravan was very warm (we used heating) altough in hotter summer days might be very hot without air con.

Been having our UK break here for probably 12 years. Great location and the best holiday park. Lovely beach you can walk to ... burn off some pasties on the way back up the steep hill!

Really good holiday park if you want something a little quieter. The mobile home we had was to a really good standard....like a home from home. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Polperro...very steep but there is a bus back.

We just came back from our lovely 4 days stay from the lovely Kiligarth Manor Park. The best holiday park one could ask for , children has so many things to do , couples have best time to spend together, families will Treasure the memories for ever so never even hesitate for a second booking for Kiligarth. We had such a lovely time , Thank you Kiligarth, (the heaven on earth)

Good points: Lovely view from the caravan. The caravan itself was extremely tidy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff who were able to answer any questions or queries.
There was no noise heard from the other caravans. Lovely large area where dogs can play safely off the lead, it's all enclosed with seats available.
Bad points: tiny caravan, could barely fit a cot in next to the bed. The park/play area was only really suitable for older children and not a small toddler. There wasn't much for kids to do at all. We couldn't work out if we could get breakfast or lunch anywhere at the park itself. There were quite a lot of steep steps and hills and it was very easy to kiss turnings into different parts of the site as no signage.

We’ve just had the best 10 days staying at Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler site). Our caravan was spacious, clean, comfortable and really well kept. Ideally positioned close to Looe and Polperro (which you can walk to from the site) and also close to lots of nearby beaches - perfect for the little ones. Speaking of which - the onsite entertainment (Stripy Dean and James) are a real credit to the business! (and never seem to take a day off!!) Our little ones loved them - so thank you! We also tried out the food in their restaurant and which was tasty and reasonably priced! Thanks for a great stay and we are already looking forward to returning next Summer!

We spent a week at killigarth and the site was lovely and clean, fab entertainment and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We had an issue with our car during our stay and saffi went above and beyond to help us all throughout our stay from keeping our daughter entertained to assisting with additional accommodation and helping us with local garage information. Thank you so much for an absolutely fabulous week. Will definitely be back

The only downfall to this park was the takeaway food place. It was expensive and the food was really greasy. We ended up tossing most of our food away. Our lodge was lovely and couldn't fault that. Would come back again. We usually go to Trelawne Manor but I think I actually prefer the accommodation at Killigarth Manor.

Really lovely trip here, our first time in Cornwall. Our accommodation was clean and well equipped, Reception staff on checking was really helpful and lovely. We had lots of fun!
My only grumbles are:
Beds - so uncomfortable
Food - 'restaurant' food was so expensive and barely edible. We ate out in the town and elsewhere in the end. (Which was nice for site seeing etc)
