Caravan 22. Blinds never been cleaned in years carpet dirty. Bed mattress needs renewed shabby caravan park. Club house rubbish unless you like Bingo. This site caters for the unemployed. Heath and safety would have a field day here. The head of the cleaners drives an old Mercedes and thinks he’s the bees knees. He should be sacked. Dog hairs Brocken settee human toe nails. Found in my daughter’s caravan. Never again will we stay here. And a call will go in to authorities. Staff are young and don’t care about customers. Really pleased we brought our own bedding.

I was really nervous about visiting here due to the reviews, however, I booked last minute at a great price in the summer holidays, and due to the location thought I’d risk it. Well, I’m glad I did! I firstly want to say, Polperro you have a great team of staff. The reception ladies were great. The man working both the bar and arcade always asked us how our day was, and was just genuinely lovely. Not forgetting the entertainment team! The two guys doing this entertainment are absolutely astounding, I hope they get recognition for their hard work. They make the entertainment funny rather than cringey / awkward like other caravan holidays can be. My kids had a great time in the evening thanks to them. We stayed in the Chalet’s which have terrible reviews… They definitely are not great, but were not as bad as I was expecting. It did seem very damp in there and the maintenance is not kept on top of (painting etc). The sofa bed had a pole that sticks up into your back. We also had one pillow each which were so thin, when asking at the reception for more we were told that we weren’t allowed and that people keep stealing them, so they don’t actually have any left. This was disappointing. The chalets are right next to the entertainment venue which was a plus for us. The pool is nice although basic (just a pool no extras) and it depends who is working as to whether you’re allowed inflatables. The adult only swimming at 9am is frustrating as kids are up early and we’d prefer to swim before going out in the morning. The playground area is basic but we don’t spend much time at the site anyway. There isn’t any shops close by, and the shop onsite only had cow’s milk (no alternatives) which was frustrating after a long journey, would’ve expected the basics. Overall, the main thing that would make us book again would be due to the great staff and amazing entertainment team. The photo below was found on my phone after one of the men from the entertainment took photos of us!😆

Caravan was labelled as a gold plus....more like a bronze unfortunately there's lots of damage and mould in the caravan, holes in the bedding had to ask for a dustpan as one wasn't supplied, cooker was filthy glasses were cracked also park is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. entertainment for children is good, my 1 and 5 year old loved that but not much for my older children. Pool manager has a massive attitude you only have 15 mins to get out the pool and dry then you are still hurried along by said pool manager there are only 4 changing rooms that are full of water Gutted as not worth the price we had paid we booked way back in may 2023 and have been excited for this week since but unfortunately won't be back again

First time for us at this site, but have been going to caravan sites for over 30 years. Bit of a surprise when we arrived. Front grass being dug up with mess on the paving path. Laying drains for the caravan next door. I will say for height of summer we would have expected this to be immaculate but there were unattended tools, a saw a shovel sledge hammer as well as rocks all in the grass. The path could have done with a pressure wash also due to thick mud. Inside the caravan which looked brand new, we were missing mirrors in two of the rooms and the bathroom blind was broken. The indoor broom had been used for mud outside and we couldn't get a replacement as there wasn't any more onsite. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and nice but I think we needed better solutions. There was also a pan with oil left in it in the oven when we came to cook some sausages. The park has amazing views. There are no bar prices displayed at the bar. The clubhouse is small but we didn't have a problem getting a table each night. We ate there once as we tried another night and food was off, this caused an issue for us as we has been there at lunch time and no prior warning. We has to drive out of the park for takeaway. The two entertainers are great for the kids. Caden and Liam I think are their names. The morning kids activities are very well organised. There is a man in the bar, possibly Andrew. He does everything. Arcade, ( with all the annoying requests from kids including mine) ice cream, food, drinks, security, first aid, handles complaints. Not sure where they would be without him. He always had a smile on his face. Pool is small but does the job. Shop was ok but bread and milk seemed hit and miss and never had any baked goods ie pasties. Would definitely go back even with the few issues at the start of our holiday.

We arrived on site on the 10th of august and on our first night we was double charged at the bar by over £80 to which the service was poor no itemised receipts where given and the colleague had just walked off to we had been overcharged. When we challenge staff asking if they can look into we was told it will be looked into now we are on our last day and still no communication or apology given. I must say I’m absolutely shocked by the poor level of service at this site and not looking after the customer as this could have been resolved sooner having to stress about money all holiday isn’t a nice feeling will Definitely not be booking here again.

I believe this holiday park has been taken over from sea view holidays in the last couple of years. The holiday company really needs to update this holiday park. First impressions driving in looks tired, dated and dirty and almost pontins vibes..at least give the builds showing from road side a lick of paint. When arriving around 11am from Yorkshire (check in 4pm but did call ahead and they advised there would be a note on the file, and I could pay to get in the caravan early). When we arrived, they had no record of my early arrival and just said they would call me when ready. We went into Polperro for the children to stretch their legs, bad signal so arrived back at 3.30pm and still not ready. When I explained my frustration to the reception, staff weren't interested. I asked as calls were recorded had I best to contact the head office...they said they would look into it internally..I never heard anything back at all. We booked gold plus caravan, which in comparison to other gold plus standard this doesn't compare. Clean but basic. There is no outside balcony , not even an external bench, nothing. We had a beautiful view of the sea, it has to be said. When exploring the park, we were disappointed ..the big deckchair that all caravan parks had literally had just the wood, no cover. The pool was lovely and warm and bigger than pictures. Shame there are no slides or anything. The changing rooms are an absolute shambles. When showering, it literally floods 3 out of 4 changing rooms. So people were walking out in their swim suits and a towel. We had to get 4 us ready with a pool of water at our feet. When asking the girl on the pool reception, she said it was built built 2 years ago badly and nothing they can do. Entertainment.. the main host was lovely. 1 man show and occasionally a second man accompanied. They did a great job. It was a Haven on a tiny budget..not their fault. If the guys get head hunted by a more professional company, it will impact the park dramatically as they made the Entertainment. My daughter fell in the playground (over the wooden base).. really bad graze which were bleeding quite badly... my husband went to the bar (as was when we were there for the evening entertainment) and one staff member gave him napkins.. He was about to go back to the caravan for our first aid kit, and Charlotte's (from behind the bar) came over with their in-house first aid kit and accident book. The location for views is beautiful. Not great with small children as not that close to polperro or Looe so drove everywhere apart from 1 day we found the walk into polperro (parking in Polperro is £7 for 3 hours and 750m walk into the harbour )... lovely walk but very, very steep decline into town. If we didn't have young children, we would have walked back, but far too steep for my 4 year old. We got the bus back (£2 pp). I think this is a good base if you want a walking holiday as so many beautiful costal paths. Don't get me wrong, my children loved the entertainment, were happy in the pool etc but when we compare the price compared to other places we have stayed it's not great. We have done Butlins, Park Dean, Haven, Pontins, away resorts to name a few. This company could make this park lovely with some TLC

Great little park not loads going on but it's quiet, chill and not overrun which was great for my family. Staff was great really nice and accommodating also a good laugh. The park is almost smack bang in the middle of polperro bay and Looe both a very short drive away which is handy. Would definitely come back fantastic place and people.

Had a lovely 5 day stay, just me and my two dogs. I can’t really comment on the park entertainment, bar/restaurant as the sun was shining and the park home was has so lovely with wonderful views…watching the boats go by. It was spotlessly clean and fresh on arrival with everything you need, the shower was great, instant hot water. Very convenient if you stay with your dogs, a few yards down the hill is two fields to walk them for first thing before breakfast 😉 before you explore local walks. The walk to Talland Bay is lovely, not close to the edge, so relaxing, Seaton Beach, further along the coast is a good size and pretty. The other people on holiday or owners staying close by were very friendly. The park itself is very tidy, mowed grass areas, bins stores collection regularly. Looking forward to the next time 😊 Janine, Kurt & Meme Plot 160

Lovely location of where the park was. The entertainment was amazing and the staff are very friendly. However, this park isn’t disabled or pushchair friendly. We had to pick up the pram and take it up and down the stairs as there wasn’t much ramps around the area. Most doors into the main buildings are steps so my gran had to get off her mobility scooter and walk the rest. Our caravan was nice apart from the mold in the bathroom and filthy dishes/cutlery. Also they didn’t tell us that they had a water problem before we came so we were all ill most of the holiday throwing up. When we told reception they blamed us and not them. We left early and started to feel better once having better water. Won’t be coming here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the holiday park last summer. The facilities, including the swimming pool, entertainment options, and well-maintained caravans, were excellent. The pool was particularly impressive, clean, and ideal for our pool party. The dining options offered delicious food, especially the chips. The evening entertainment provided enjoyable opportunities for participation in singing and dancing. The nearby beach was also a highlight, offering warm sand and inviting waters. Additional amenities such as the playground and mini-golf course further enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this holiday park.
